Ovation MOA Documents

The SABM agreement requires Ovation to maintain new sand fence starting at the toe of each beach nourishment, so a permit was secured for 500 of our 650 feet which is good from 3/31/2023 - 4/30/23. The additional 150' would take 3-6 months for all of the levels of approvals so we will start at Dunes Dr and stop after 500' which is just short of our southern beach walkover
