Welcome to the community of Ovation, the premier location on the St. Joseph's Peninsula north of Cape San Blas. 119 home sites that reach from the beautiful St. Joseph's Bay to the Gulf of Mexico. We have full access to a beautiful wide gulf beach, a pool on the gulf side, and a beautiful bay club with a large infinity pool. The bay side has two long piers reaching into St. Joseph's Bay...a great destination for kayaking, snorkeling, and fishing. We also offer a sand beach on the bay side with a large patio and firepit for those evenings watching the stars or moonrise over the bay.
A mile north, the St. Joseph's Peninsula State Park is recovering from Hurricane Michael, but still contains some of the highest sand dunes on the coast of the continental United States, a boat launch harbor, and abundant wildlife. On our beaches, turtle season runs from May 1 through October 31. You may have the opportunity to sight one of the peninsula's turtles returning to lay their eggs...and if even more lucky, a chance to view a hatching as the young ones return to the sea. In addition, Ovation, working with FWC and USFWS (Florida Fish and Wildlife and United States Fish and Wildlife Service) contains three Conservation Easement areas for an endangered species, the Saint Andrews Beach Mouse (SABM) marking Ovation as a great location in a natural setting.
