Ovation Covenants
Ovation is an advertisement sign free community with $100 fines for first day and $500/day afterwards. General Contractors can place a sticker with their name/logo on their required building permit box while under construction. Subcontractors are prohibited from placing any advertisement on the lot or on any HOA property and will be fined each day for violations.
Realtors are not allowed to place their listing or sold signs in Ovation, but are allowed to place a small plastic box with sheets that describe the lot for sale. Placing a realtor sign in Ovation is subject to $100 the first day and $500/day afterwards.
