Enjoying Your Time in Ovation

So that all owners and their tenants have a safe experience and enjoy everything Ovation has to offer, we strictly enforce our guidelines to avoid injuries, closing pools, closing the hot tub, and repairing tennis courts.  We also expect the exterior of every home to be well maintained with no trailers, garbage cans, or towels/clothing being visible.  Absolutely no parking in Ovation's streets as the roads must be cleared at all times for emergency equipment.  Parking around the 2 pools and tennis courts should be left available for those who drive to use those facilities and not for overnight parking.  Tenants should park as many vehicles as possible in garages and on the rental property's pavers but not on the landscaping or in the streets.

Ovation CCR's require that no home exceed 2 persons per bedroom at all times for tenants.  Any home violating this rule will be subject to forfeit amenities for the next 7 days or until the CCR violation is corrected.  Overcrowding will not be tolerated in each home as we have 119 homesites and limited amenities available.

Ovation has 3 approved rental companies that are fully committed to supporting our CCR's and neighborhood rules and have been excellent to work with over the past few years.  Brian Reilly at Be Our Guest, BJ Tomlin at 360 Blue, and Matt Elliott at Cape and Coast are all fantastic and immediately respond to correct any issue with tenant damages/violations/fines.

Ovation also contains three Conservation Enhancement areas defined by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission/U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for the preservation of the Saint Andrews Beach Mouse (SABM) whose boundaries should be respected.  Below you will find several documents that should help you enjoy your time at the beach and the bay.

Amenities are only to be used by tenants sleeping in an Ovation bed, meaning tenants may not invite friends outside of Ovation to use the amenities.  Owners must accompany any owner guest when using the amenities and if the owner's home is being rented then the tenant assumes all owner rights to the amenities for that period of time.  Owners who own other properties in the area are prohibited from sending guests or tenants to use Ovation amenities.
