HOA Dues and Service Companies

The Board voted 5-0 in 2011 to suspend any service providers who are 90 days past due with Ovation's HOA for damages, Ovation HOA association dues in an LLC with the same manager, or other fees billed to the service provider and unpaid from conducting any business within Ovation.  This includes builders, sub contractors, maid service providers, rental companies, etc... who want to earn money in Ovation and have access to our owners.

The Board voted 5-0 in 2011 to charge $25 per month admin fees + 18% interest for all Ovation HOA annual dues that have not been paid within 45 days of the annual invoice starting June 1 each year.  After 60 days all access to amenities is forfeited until the dues + interest + fees are paid in full.  After 90 days an HOA attorney will be hired to start the lien notification and foreclosure process which can be more that the annual HOA dues and all legal fees are added to the owner's annual dues bill.  It is important that every own stay current so that we can keep the neighborhood running smoothly, so please do not fall behind on your annual dues.
